Pricing
Every fee, in the same column, at the same weight.
The figures below are read from the fee schedule the ledger itself uses. Nothing is typed. The worked example is computed by the same function that posts fees to your account.
- 9 priced lines
- 3 we never charge for
- 4 fee families
What you pay for
The families of fee, across the seven stages.
A property does not meet all of them. You are charged for the stages you actually use, in the month the work happens, and every charge lands on your ledger as its own line.

The schedule
The whole price list fits on one page.
Read from the same schedule that posts fees to your ledger. What we never charge for sits in the same column, in the same face, at the same weight as everything else. Membership is optional and sits below.

The commitments
Three things we will never charge you for.
These are read from the same schedule as every price above, so they cannot quietly become a fee. If one ever did, it would appear in the table with an amount beside it.
No charge
Money sitting in your property account
It is your money waiting, not a balance we are earning on.
No charge
Leaving us
No exit fee, and no notice period that functions as one. The ledger and every document in it leave with you.
No charge
Converting your payout
No markup on the exchange rate. Payouts convert at the rate our bank gives on the day, and the rate and the moment it was captured are printed on the transfer.
Motherland Keys
Membership, and it is optional.
Nothing above requires it, and nothing above costs more without it. A tier can take a percentage off a named fee, and the entry says so when it does. The tiers are read from the same schedule as every other line.

Worked example
Move the two inputs. The arithmetic is the ledger’s.
Nights let and the nightly rate are yours to set. The fee is computed by the same function that posts it to your account, rounding the same way at the same step.

Payable to youOur fee
Rounding half-up at the last step, exactly as the ledger does. Channel commission is a separate line on your ledger and is not in this example.
With the card’s starting inputs, a month grossing ₦1,000,000.00 carries a management fee of ₦220,000.00. That figure is computed by the same function that posts the fee to your ledger, so the example cannot drift from what you are actually charged.
No statement has been cut on this deployment yet. When one is, it is offered here as the document itself, never as an example.
